Andre Keuck- 2001-current
Accomplishments: The standard bearer of the pole vault, he broke the SHS record and was the SWC champion this year, after he finished 5th at the 2002 SWCs in the event. A dedicated leader and hard worker.
Sarah Balash- 2001-current
Accomplishments: Has run distance both individually and on relays throughout high school and is one of the hardest workers on the team.
Matt Melhouse- 2001-current
Accomplishments: The top distance runner, he medaled in the SMR this year, the 1600m and 4x800 last year at the SWCs, and is part of the school record teams in the 4x800 and SMR. Also a state qualifier in the 55m.
Sarah Mitchell- 2001-current
Accomplishments: A top sprinter since freshman year, she is the former SWC 300m record holder, an SWC champion in the 600m (2003) and 300m (2001), and has medaled at states in both events. Was 9th in the state in the 600m this season. Holds 5 individual and 3 relay school records indoors.

Alison Janowski- 2000-current
Accomplishments: Has been the #1 or 2 runner on the team for the past three years. Has had three Top 10 finishes in SWC meets, and was a Top 40 finisher at the SWC Championships last year.
Luke Jones- 2001-current
Accomplishments: His first year on the cross country team was a good one, as he was often in the team's top 5. His best race was the Oct. 9 meet in which he was 14th overall.
Matt Melhouse- 2001-current
Accomplishments: The team's top returning runner, was the first SHS runner at the conference championships, finishing 34th overall. Also was the team's top distance runner indoors, and played on the SWC and Class M runner-up baseball team.
Pat Noonan- 1999-current
Accomplishments: A four-year member, has been in the top 5 for Stratford every season. A tireless worker, he also competes in indoor and outdoor track.
Sara Leventhal- 2000-current
Accomplishments: Generally has been the #2 runner but has had been the leader at state meets. Has three top 10 finishes this year, and was 43rd at the conference championships a year ago.
